As a busy mom, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the small stuff and get stuck there sometimes. Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff, an article by Richard Carlson, PhD, states that we should not "Ignore problems or pretend they do not exist.” One thing that I have found helpful to me when I begin to get too caught up in the trivial things in life is to find things to be grateful for.
